Karratha’s best businesses and organisations of 2018 have been duly recognised at the Best of Karratha Awards awards ceremony, held last night.

Lo’s Cafe were the big winners of the night, taking home the overall award for most votes for the competition as well as best bar/restaurant, best cafe/takeaway, best customer service and best new business.

Other winners were The Ranges, Hunter Mechanical, Karratha Early Learning Childcare Centre, Empire 6714, St John Ambulance, Karratha and Dampier Lions Club, Burgermuma, Notorious Cuts Barbershop, the Karratha Leisureplex team, Erin Hardy Photography, Woodside, Ray White, Karratha Quality Meats, Nickol Bay Speedway, Karratha Visitors’ Centre and Poinciana Nursery and Landscaping.

Pilbara Media branch manager KayMcLaglen congratulated all the winners and thanked the businesses and voters that took part in this year’s competition.
