
A crash on Kwinana Freeway southbound is causing major traffic delays on Friday afternoon as motorists head home for the weekend while another collision has closed an entrance to Tonkin Highway.
The Kwinana Freeway crash — located after Rowley Road in Wandi — was reported by Main Roads at 4.57pm.
The right emergency lane has been blocked and traffic is heavy on approach.
Main Roads has reminded motorists to drive with caution if in the area.
Just 15 minutes later there was a crash on the entry to Tonkin Highway from The Promenade in Lexia.
Police temporarily shut the southbound entry with commuters urged to exercise extreme caution and find an alternative route.
The crash has since been cleared.
Earlier, a crash was reported after Mundijong Road in Baldivis, and was reported by Main Roads at 3.43pm.

Further north, a crash has been reported on Reid Highway eastbound at 4.41pm, located after Wanneroo Road in Hamersley, although the crash has since been cleared.
A crash on Canning Highway eastbound was also reported at 3.58pm.
The crash — which is located on Canning Bridge before the turnoff to Kwinana Freeway — blocked both centre lanes of the busy intersection.
The crash has since been cleared, but traffic remains slow on approach.
