Guests gathered at The Storehouse Rooftop in Subiaco to celebrate International Women’s Day at the Pearl of the Atlantic Long Lunch.

Hosted by Australian councillor for Madeira, Portugal, Belinda Cipriano, guests enjoyed a three-course lunch while listening to an inspiring conversation with lawyer and board director Catia Malaquias, who spoke about “Balancing the Scales” — the United Nations theme for this year’s International Women’s Day.

The event raised more than $7000 for Breast Cancer Care WA and paid tribute to the legacy of its founder Ros Worthington.

What started as a small lunch as now grown to a celebrated event in Perth and has raised $15,000 over three years.
