Socials from UDIA WA Awards for Excellence at Crown Perth celebrating state’s property development industry
The WA property development community came together for the 2026 UDIA WA Awards for Excellence over the weekend to celebrate and recognise businesses across the industry.
More than 600 guests filled Crown Perth’s Grand ballroom for the black tie event, including Planning and Housing Minister John Carey, Leader of the Opposition Basil Zempilas and WAPC Chair Emma Cole.
The prestigious awards recognise outstanding projects in the urban development industry across Western Australia.
The highest honour on the night went to Willing for their West Residences apartment project, which won the Apartments (Mid Rise) category.
