It’s the heartwarming moment that’s worth watching - and then watching again.

Football legend Gary Ablett Jr and partner Jordan have shared a video of their son Levi smiling as he ticked off a neat milestone in a lovely family scene.

Levi, who suffers from a rare degenerative illness, is pictured lying down before receiving some help from his father to get to his feet.

The family cheers and celebrates as their little one stands with the help of Gary.

“As you can see, we celebrate the little things pretty hard in this family!” Jordan captioned the Instagram video.

It came after Gary said in a TV appearance last month that the family was “seeing some improvement” with his son’s condition.

“He’s going OK, he’s got a pretty serious condition but we are seeing some improvement,” he said during a Who Wants To Be A Millionaire special.

“The great thing about Levi is he’s a very determined boy.

“He’s always happy, he gets physio every day.

“He brings so much joy to our lives.”
