
Perth could be in for a thunderstorm on Wednesday as a cold front moves across the metropolitan area, bringing a barrage of wet weather for the WA Day long weekend.
Between 7mm and 20mm is expected to fall and there is a chance of a thunderstorm in the evening as temperatures peak at 23C.
Showers will ease on Thursday and Friday, as maximum temperatures dip to 21C and 19C respectively, before the rain returns for the weekend.
Saturday will see a chilly top of 19C as the cold front brings up to 15mm of rain.
The West Coast Eagles will be preparing for wet weather footy on Sunday as temperatures again peak at 19C — and a whopping 25mm of rain expected.
Monday’s public holiday will bring a freezing 18C and up to 15mm of rain.
