A serious crash has closed North Lake Road northbound at Discovery Drive in Bibra Lake, with motorists urged to find an alternate route.
The crash between a cyclist and a car happened just before 5.30am on Tuesday, with emergency services at the scene and traffic heavy on approach.
The cyclist, a man in his 40s, is understood to have been taken to hospital.

A crash on Roe Highway eastbound after Nicholson Road in Langford has left traffic busy on approach, with lane closures yet to be confirmed.
A separate crash on the Mitchell Freeway southbound exit to Burns Beach Road in Joondalup has partially blocked the left-turn lane.
Those in Perth’s south venturing to the city via Kwinana Freeway are also facing delays following a multi-vehicle crash near Canning Highway.
The centre lane is shut with a vehicle left in the road, while the left emergency lane is also blocked.
Motorists are urged to slow down and proceed with caution, with people reported outside their vehicles at both crashes.
