Busselton police are calling for information after a woman narrowly avoided injury from an arrow shot.

Police said a woman was sitting outside her West Busselton home on Peake Street Tuesday about 6:50pm when an unknown man fired an arrow at her home.

The shot narrowly missed the woman, and no other injuries occurred, however, the man fled the scene immediately, police said.

After the incident police door-knocked around the area as part of the investigation. Police are calling on the community with any information to come forward.

“We’re calling for any information from members of the public who have knowledge of a person with a bow and arrow to come forward and assist with our investigations,” Senior Sergeant James Bradley said.
