With the regular season completed and finals around the corner, Pilbara News takes a look at the state of the West Pilbara Softball Organisation as they head into semi-finals this weekend.

The Sinners have secured first spot on the ladder after winning nine out of twelve games, while Storm trails behind them on 30 points.

Geckos currently sit third on the ladder with 23 points and Falcons and Wickham are split by just one point.

The Sinners currently sit on top of the ladder and have been the the team to beat all season.

With good batters and fielding, they will be hard to be beat on the day if the team is at full strength.

Storm have shown they can play well with their backs to the wall in their last game against sinners when they defeated them.

The semi final will be a battle for them but with solid strength from the team, it could get them over the line.

Geckos have had an average season but have proved they can mix it in with the best by finishing third.

Geckos have been consistent throughout the season but they will am to get on top of the other sides in the finals.

Falcons have struggled for most of the season but have been able to produce top games.

Finishing fourth has given them a chance in the finals.

The Wickham team has been rebuilding over the season and picked up some outstanding junior players.

They will be a team to watch next season.
