Each year the City of Karratha runs a community survey to assess our performance and benchmark our services against results from previous years.

This gives council a really good insight into how we are tracking in the eyes of our residents and highlights areas for focus in the coming financial year.

The 2018 City of Karratha Community Survey is now open for online submissions and can be completed via our website: karratha.wa.gov.au/survey.

Please have your say and encourage your friends and family to have their say too. This is the main way we collect feedback from our community and the results are used to inform our budgeting decisions.

In the past, you’ve told us a lack of footpaths and lighting have been major concerns.

Since then we’ve been able to improve this with the installation of solar lights along a number of pathways and a footpath installation program that will eventually see all of Karratha connected by an extensive path network.

You told us that the natural environment is one of the best things about living in the city and we’ve implemented an extensive foreshore development program to further enhance amenity.

The survey will remain open until the end of March.
