First National Real Estate Karratha has been recognised for its achievements at the General Excellence and Marketing Awards.

The awards, held at Perth Flying Squadron Yacht Club on Friday, March 17, celebrated and rewarded First National’s top real estate performers in the State over the past year.

The team at First National Karratha walked away with six awards.

First National Karratha senior sales consultant Rachel Ross won four accolades for her individual performance including the Diamond Award, fourth top salesman of the year, highest number of exclusive listings and highest number of settles sales — residential.

Property manager Brenten Kercheval took home the award for property manager rookie of the year.

First National Karratha general manager Janine Bailey said the GEM Awards were an important event because they encouraged First National agents to aspire to an ongoing process of performance improvement that benefited customers.

“First National Karratha is focused on the things customers most value in real estate such as quality in communication and advice, marketing, value for money, problem resolution and contract handling,” she said.

“When agents bring these things together effectively, our customers get the results they seek, as do our agents and property managers.”
