Business youth celebrate

More than 60 people attended the Karratha Young Professionals’ final event of the year at the Leisureplex last Friday night.
The Everywhere Travel and Cruise and KYP gala event saw guests mingle with like-minded local professionals, enjoy food, drinks and live entertainment, hear from guest speaker, former West Coast Eagles star Matt Priddis, and go in the running to win return flights for two to Bali.

MC Eliza Carbines led Priddis through an interactive Q and A session in which he spoke about his career challenges, highlights and growth, the importance of resilience and getting out of your comfort zone and the new-found love of weekends he discovered after hanging up his boots.

Ashleigh Dalonzo was the lucky recipient of the Bali flights and band Groove Train provided the tunes.
KYP also welcomed new committee members and is still on the search for more.

KYP is made up of a committee of volunteers who host various networking and development events throughout the year for professional working Karratha residents under the age of 35. Visit facebook.com-/karrathayoungprofessionals.
