A woman has avoided serious injury after she became trapped inside her rolled car in Broomehill on Tuesday afternoon.

Emergency services were alerted at about 1.35pm to the accident on the Broomehill-Gnowangerup Road.

Gnowangerup State Emergency Services and Tambellup Volunteer Fire and Rescue Service crews were dispatched to the scene about 2pm to assist the woman.

The woman in her 50s was safely removed from the vehicle at 2.19pm.

A St John WA spokesperson said the woman had only minor injuries and was taken to Katanning Health Service as a precaution under normal road conditions.
