On Thursday afternoon Ms Smith took to Instagram to say: “My Princess, where are you.”

She posted alongside a WA Police video announcing a $1 million reward for information which leads to her return, or the arrest and conviction of anyone involved in her suspicious disappearance.

It is the second time today Ms Smith has spoken out on social media to lay bare her heartbreak.

“I miss you I love you,” she wrote on Instagram this morning.

“Please come home to me.”

Premier Mark McGowan made $1 million reward announcement as the search for Cleo entered its sixth day, with police not giving up hope of finding her alive.

The little girl vanished from her family’s tent at the Blowholes campsite in McLeod north of Carnarvon in the early hours of Saturday morning, sparking a large-scale search.

“All Western Australians' thoughts are with Cleo's family during what is an unimaginably difficult time,” Mr McGowan said.

“We're all praying for a positive outcome.

“We want to ensure police have everything they need to solve this case and that's why my Government has no hesitation in supporting police with this reward offer.”
