After experiencing great success with over 800 registrations of interest received on the 300-lot estate in its first two stages, the third stage at Cedar Woods’ Solaris Private Estate in Forrestdale has been brought forward.

Ranging from 305sqm to 550sqm, the new release of blocks are available from $220,000, with house and land packages from $422,100 and ready-built homes from $420,000.

Spanning 29 hectares, Solaris Private Estate was launched into the market in March last year, and this year it will welcome its first families. So far, local first homebuyers from Canning Vale and Harrisdale have found the estate the most enticing.

With signs of an incredibly engaged and connected community blossoming, Solaris Private Estate Sales Manager Anna-Maria Pilling said she was thrilled with the estate’s initial success.

“The early success of Solaris has certainly been encouraging. With early signs of interest, we can expect this release to get snapped up quickly,” she said.

“Fostering a tight-knit community is at the core of the Solaris vision and is something we will continue to develop, especially with the estate’s first park opening this spring. This new park will provide a great opportunity to bring the community together.”

Almost 50 per cent of Solaris homes will face open spaces, including pocket parks and natural bushland, allowing residents to be truly immersed in nature.

John Macaldo, one of Solaris’ first residents, said he found this aspect incredibly valuable.

“I like to get outdoors and explore, so having Solaris surround by a nature reserve is amazing,” he said. “Cedar Woods has been a huge support, they’ve been really great at communication, keeping me updated on all the progress going on around the community.”

Committed to revitalising the Forrestdale area, Cedar Woods has built a vibrant, close-knit community for residents. To get the socialising bubbling, a purchaser event recently took place to allow future residents to meet and speak with their soon-to-be neighbours and check out the community they will be able to call their own.

To involve all age groups, a competition for local kids was also held – encouraging them to create colourful ‘sold’ stickers, as well as sponsoring the local football club, the Forrestdale Falcons.
