One lucky couple has described winning The West Australian’s competition for a trip London to see the West End production of TINA - The Tina Turner Musical with a very apt phrase, “simply the best”.

Frank and Sharyn George will receive return airfares to London, luxury accommodation, two A-Reserve tickets to TINA – The Tina Turner Musical and more.

“It’s simply the best. We honestly can’t believe it,” Mrs George said.

“We’ve been planning to visit our son and girlfriend for four years who are living and working in London.

In total, the winning competition package gives the pair:

They recently attended the Perth production at Crown, where Mrs George said they “felt like royalty”.

“The musical was just amazing and the backstage tour was really cool,” she said.

“The room at Crown Towers was very luxurious and we felt like royalty. We are still pinching ourselves.”
