Chelsea Becirevic — the woman dubbed ‘Australia’s hottest AFL WAG’ — has delivered a savage swipe at Lachie Neale over his affair with Tess Crosley, declaring she’s on anyone’s side but his.
The high-profile girlfriend of former Port Adelaide player Ivan Soldo didn’t hold back when questioned about the scandal while attending Derby Day at Flemington Racecourse on Saturday.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, Ms Becirevic was asked for her thoughts on Neale and his new girlfriend Emma Field who were attending the same star-studded event.
“I’m sure she’s beautiful but obviously, it’s a shame, the whole situation,” she said.
“But you know, we’ve got to remember not to blame the girl, it’s always the boy’s fault.”
Ms Becirevic also weighed in on Neale’s estranged wife Jules, who has moved back to WA with the couple’s two kids.
“I don’t know (Jules) personally, obviously she’s beautiful ... she’s in Perth now I think,” she said.
When asked if she was “team Jules”, Ms Becirevic didn’t hesitate.
“100 per cent,” she declared.
“Well, we’re just a team that’s anything that’s not him.”
The comments come after Jules claimed in August that Neale had carried on a four-month affair with her former best friend Tess Crosley.
The Perth-mother-of-two said she only discovered the full extent of the betrayal after returning to WA, saying she initially thought the pair had only shared a kiss.
Jules also claimed it was not the first time Lachie had cheated.
Neale has since joined Collingwood, reportedly turning down a similar offer from West Coast Eagles that would have brought him closer to his two children in WA.
He has also moved on with new girlfriend Emma Field, with the pair stepping out together at Derby Day on Saturday.
